Contract preparation

Finalizing and signing a contract that outlines all services, deadlines, and conditions in detail.

Location preparation

Joint inspection of locations, discussion of event details, and advance payment for reservation.

Team formation

Selection of a team of contractors: host, catering, decor, technical support, artists, photographers and other additional team members.

Detailed presentation

Event design presentation. Discussion of preferences, details, timeline, script, and budget.

Final meeting

Final coordination. Confirming all event details and processing payments for the team.
